At InterTech Real Estate, we offer full property management services. Our goal is to get the most out of your investment with a stress free/hands off experience for you! We utilize an online software system which provides a private owner portal. Owners receive profits with this portal by EFT as well as review repairs / upgrades and run financial reports to see investment numbers in multiple ways.
Tenants have private access to their own portal as well and pay rent by EFT, credit card, receive monthly rent reminders and view their rent ledger.
